Emailed back to the address you wrote from, usually within one working day of receiving your domain and category.
Emailed to the address given at checkout, within two working days of payment clearing. Ongoing monitoring under an engagement is delivered monthly, on the schedule set out in that order form.
Deliverables and dates are set out in the order form for that engagement.
Everything is digital, so there are no customs, duties or shipping charges. International Prompt Pack orders are fulfilled through Gumroad, which delivers its own files on its own schedule.
