What we collect, why, and what we do not do.
This website is static. It has no forms, no analytics, no cookies and no tracking scripts. Visiting it does not create a record with us.
If you email us we hold your email address, your name, your company and whatever you choose to tell us, for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement.
Payments are handled by Razorpay in India and Gumroad internationally. They collect and process your payment details under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your name, email address and the fact of the transaction.
For the free score, the Monitor and service work we hold your domain, your category, the questions we run and the answers those engines return. Answer engine outputs are public responses to public questions, not your private data.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something or asked for a score.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@askulia.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Engagement data is deleted on request once the engagement has ended and any statutory retention period has passed.
