These terms cover the products sold on this site. Service engagements are governed by a separate order form and standard terms provided before work begins.

The Prompt Pack is a digital product: a question library and scoring method delivered as files. The Visibility Report is a one-time reporting deliverable. Ongoing monitoring is a recurring service contracted separately. Done-for-you engagements are separate and are contracted individually.
Digital products are licensed to you for use inside your own organisation. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or make them available to people outside your organisation. The method, question sets, rubrics and templates remain ours.
Prices are shown per region and exclude GST where applicable. Indian payments are processed by Razorpay. International Prompt Pack orders are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and handles cross-border tax. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your own jurisdiction.
We measure how AI assistants answer questions and we do work intended to improve how often you are named. We do not control the output of any model and we do not guarantee any position, ranking, mention or result in any answer engine. Anyone offering such a guarantee cannot deliver it. Historical results do not predict future ones, because the underlying models change without notice.
You may not use anything bought here to misrepresent a business, to generate deceptive content, or in a way that breaches the terms of the platforms being measured.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which cannot be contracted away.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
